Meet Your VSD Graphix Team

Randy Neagle, President

Randy Neagle is the President of VSD Graphix and the owner of Neagle’s Flexo (the parent company of VSD Graphix).

Randy has produced Flexo printing plates since 1978. He has created signs and promotional products for Ashland businesses since 2006.

For fun, Randy races a ’63 Corvette all over Virginia’s drag race speedways. When he’s not working or racing, he’s firing up a smoker or grill to cook something special for the family.

Joseph Neagle, Vice President

Joseph Neagle is the Vice President of VSD Graphix. He trained at Geek Wraps’ Air Wrangler school, making him one of the best in Virginia when it comes to vinyl wraps.

Joseph is versatile in his talents. He can fix just about anything with his hands, from pistons on a motocross dirt bike to applying cast vinyl on a tractor-trailer.

When Joseph’s not tackling signage and apparel projects, you can catch him on the Chickahominy River on his boat, looking for largemouth bass.

Kelly Kinser, Accounting Specialist

Kelly graduated from James Madison with a degree in Accounting. She’s worked with the Neagles for about 10 years.

When you need to know the numbers, Kelly is the accounting guru you are looking for.

Kelly also knows how to make the most of her spare time. Kelly occasionally winds down with a good glass of wine, but often spends her spare time flipping houses or restoring furniture.

Shawn Gray, Graphic Designer

Shawn is one of the most dynamic graphic designers in Virginia. Over the last 12 years, he’s worked with many local brands. Shawn handles design projects at VSD, from merch to product projects.

Shawn is the proud dad of a 6-year-old girl, so when he’s not working…well, he’s still working.

Hunter Gregory, Production Manager

Hunter Gregory earned a Business Administration Associates Degree at J. Sergeant Reynolds. He’s been with VSD Graphix for 4 years.

He can sell, print, operate a CNC machine, and perform a myriad of other job duties.

What can we say…Hunter is the glue that holds the VSD Graphix production in place.

When Hunter’s not at the shop, this Mechanicsville native loves spending time outdoors. There’s a good chance you’ll find him somewhere with a 12-gauge shotgun, bearing down on whitetail bucks.

Bella, Security

Bella is VSD Graphix’s most loyal employee. Bella has a perfect attendance record and will greet you at the door for a shake down. So just stand still and someone will come save you.
